We can only consider your return within 14 days of purchase.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

All virtual products are eligible for return under the following conditions:

Cancellation Items above $1000 in purchase value (for example Masterclass Event Ticket):

Any Cancellation of the Masterclass Events Ticket and Items above $1000 in purchase value are subject to an administration fee of $250 and a fee according to this schedule:
a) A full  Refund (minus the Admin fee) will be given if canceled eight weeks or more before the scheduled event.
b) A 50% refund (minus the Admin fee) will be given if canceled between the fifth and fourth week before the planned event.
c) No refund will apply if canceled within four weeks of the planned game unless a medical or other certificate supporting non-attendance is provided. 

Cancellation Items under $1000 in purchase value (for example Panel Event Ticket):

Any Cancellation of the Panel Event Ticket are subject to an administration fee 3% of the total price, and no cancellations accepted a week before the event and after the event.

BeYourself-BU / Coaching Events will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

How to request a refund?

Once refund is issued, you will lose access to your ticket or item purchased.
